For purposes connected with the registration of trade marks, goods shall be divided into following classes.

GENERAL NOTE.

My wares made of mixed materials (for example, of both cotton and silk) shall be included in each one of the classes appropriated to those materials as the Colonial Secretary may decide.

CLASS 1.

Chemical substances used in manufactures, photography, philosophical research, anti-corrosives, agricultural, horticultural.

CLASS 2.

Chemical substances used for agricultural, horticultural, veterinary, and sanitary purposes.
